Ma’adra Cabernet Sauvignon Red

Intense red, garnet nuanced colour. Cherry, cherry, blackcurrant and pepper flavored. A soft, balanced, strong and long drink. It is compatible with grilled or lightly spiced red meats and aged cheeses.
Partially aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It was harvested from a single parcel with low yield from my vineyards open to the north wind with granite soil structure in Gömeç Madra Mountains. Bottled using restricted filtration.
