It is collected as a single parcel from our vineyards with the granite soil structure of the Madra Mountains. The aroma is preserved by processing in a cold and oxygen-free environment.

Madra Blend 2016 is the first harvest of a series that we plan to present to you in different blends every year.

Compatible with cold starters, fish varieties, pizzas. Chordonnay grapes grown in our vineyards with the granite soil structure of the Madra Mountains are immediately processed in our winery after the vintage.
