Madra Blend 2016 is the first harvest of a series that we plan to present to you in different blends every year.

It is collected as a single parcel from our vineyards with the granite soil structure of the Madra Mountains. The aroma is preserved by processing in a cold and oxygen-free environment.

It is compatible with lightly spiced and sauced red meats, pastas with meat, and aged cheeses. Madra Cuvee speciale is a special series created by fermenting Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes separately and cupping them in line with tastings.

Pinot Noir was harvested from a single plot with low yields from my vineyards with granite soil structure in Gömeç Madra Mountains, open to the north east.

It was produced in limited numbers by processing in our winery located in the vineyards.

Grapes collected as a single parcel from Ma'adra Vineyard's own vineyard were aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, subjected to limited filtration and produced in limited numbers. We recommend that you ventilate before drinking.
