Ma’adra Merlot Red

Light red, Cherry nuanced color. Sour cherry, damson, incense flavored. Soft grain, lively acidity, a drink. It is compatible with lightly spiced and sauced red meats, pastas with meat, and aged cheeses.
Partially aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It was harvested from a single parcel from my vineyards in Gömeç Madra Mountains, which have granite soil structure, open to the north wind. It was produced in limited numbers by processing in our winery located in the vineyards.
