Ma’adra Shiraz red

Color in dark cherry tones. Flavored with spices and red forest berries. A balanced, aromatic, strong and lasting drink with dense grains. It is compatible with lightly spiced and sauced red meats, meat pastas and aged cheeses.
Partially aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It was harvested from a single parcel with low yield from my vineyards open to the north wind with granite soil structure in Gömeç Madra Mountains. Bottled using restricted filtration.
